Leigh Blackman-Carter serves as the Director of Operations at Bosquez Porter Family Law, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to ensure efficient, client-centered service. She plans, coordinates, and implements activities across marketing, business development, public relations, and client services to strengthen the firm’s visibility and expand its client base. Known for her professionalism and discretion, she maintains strict confidentiality while helping the firm operate smoothly behind the scenes.

Leigh earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating summa cum laude. She was active in the National Society of Leadership and Success, Delta Mu Delta, and Sigma Alpha Pi, and previously volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem advocate supporting children in court proceedings. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and spending time with family and friends. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her an essential part of the Bosquez Porter Family Law team.
